GUARANTEED DEPARTURES

• Lalatour guarantees departures as published on the website www.lalatour.com
• Tour information and departure dates in the brochure and other printed materials are subject to change from time to time and do not form part of the guarantee.
• The company website is the sole source from which the company will guarantee departures. A departure is guaranteed only if the customer has confirmed a booking for that departure (a booking must include a minimum deposit payment to be considered “confirmed”). This guarantee will remain subject to Force Majeure.

FORCE MAJEURE

Lalatour is not responsible to customers for changes or cancellations due to objective and subjective reasons such as: Earthquakes, volcanoes, storms, wars, strikes, protests, terrorism, political unrest… Solutions or compensation (if any) will depend on the relevant Service Provider.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

● Valid passport: Customers must have a valid passport to enter, depart and travel through each destination in the tour itinerary (passport must be valid for 6 months or more from the return date).

● Documents: Please note that “To expedite the issuance of travel documents, all tour-related documents such as payment vouchers, tour schedules, invoices will be sent via email or will be available on the website www.lalatour.com”, when the company has received full payment.

● Trip Details: It is the responsibility of the customer to visit the website at least 72 hours before departure to ensure they have the most accurate trip information as there may have been minor changes since the tour profile was first provided by the company.

TOUR PRICES

● All tour prices are in Vietnamese Dong (VND). Payments in other currencies will be converted to Vietnamese Dong (VND) at the current exchange rate.

● Prices include the items listed in the “Included” section

● We offer a 25% discount for children and 90% discount for infants

● The information and prices on this website are not ‘live’ and not correct that only for reference and are updated from time to time. Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information and prices, but unfortunately errors do occur. In case a price is incorrect due to system error

PAYMENT

All tours or services must be paid in advance before start. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and JCB.

Please ensure that you have provided us with accurate credit card billing information. Failure to provide the correct credit or debit card billing address and/or cardholder information may result in delays in issuing tickets and may increase the total cost. We reserve the right to cancel tickets after issuance if payment is declined or if you have provided incorrect credit card information. We also reserve the right to conduct random checks (including voter rolls) to reduce credit card fraud.

Lalatour will not collect your credit card details. The information you provide will be kept absolutely secure in the technical system according to the global technology security standards (SSL) of MasterCard and the Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (Vietinbank) when you make payment by credit card.

ISSUANCE OF PAYMENT VOUCHER

After payment, Lalatour will send a confirmation/payment voucher via email : this voucher must be printed as proof of purchase, and will be presented to the Service Provider.

All information about the traveler must be provided accurately at the time of registration.

Any request for amendment/addition must be sent via email to lalatour.

Lalatour is not responsible for any problems that may occur if you do not receive or read carefully your confirmation/payment voucher. In case you have not received the payment voucher, you must notify Lalatour at least 72 hours before the scheduled service date.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND PROCEDURE

All cancellations by tour participants must be sent and received in writing: email. Lalatour does not accept cancellation requests by phone.

Lalatour is not responsible for any cancellation requests that have not been received and reconfirmed with you. In this case, a cancellation or tour cancellation fee will be applied.

COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS

If a customer has a complaint to Lalatour, the customer must first notify the tour leader as soon as possible to resolve the complaint. If dissatisfied, the customer can contact the lalatour representative (sales) during the tour so that lalatour has the opportunity to resolve the problem. If you are still not satisfied through those channels during the trip, you must send any complaints directly to [email protected] within 30 days from the end of the trip. The Company will not accept any responsibility for complaints received after this period.

PROMOTIONS

Tours/packages/products transacted using promotional codes are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Furthermore, any discounts and bonus points posted on this website are only applicable to the website www.lalatour.com

CORRESPONDENCE

By completing a registration, you agree to receive emails that we may send to you, providing you with information about your destination and specific information related to your registration and destinations, and we may send you an email inviting you to fill out a customer review form.
